Fish and Wildlife Cancel 4th of July of Small Town
Yes the government is hard at work again chocking a small town with another restriction. In Depot Bay Oregon, saying it will disturb the native birds mating habits.
Once again another town has been been pressured by perspicacious federal agents of the Fish and Wild Life department have forced city officials to succumb to pressures to give sea birds more tights than it’s own citizens. The fireworks show is less than a mile away and has been a going on since 1993. City and town members are upset, they claim they will lose money from last vacationers and money generated from the event.
The perfunctory EPA has been has been beating down other citizens all in the name of protecting the environment and wildlife. The EPA has been sued successfully by a couple in Idaho. The Sacketts took their case before the Supreme court and won a 9-0 unanimous decision claiming there property was not on any wetlands, and the court ruled in there favor.
Even as the Sacketts won spending tons of money, spending years of hard times devoted to building to building a dream home, there consternation’s are real plus they are still no better off. In fact the EPA has not backed off, gave them the required permits, or any relief. They still have not built there house in five years since this all started. This is why we have run away government controlling all aspects of our life if we want it or not.
Now the EPA is and has been, using drones to fly over rural America spying on farmers to see if they are violating any water sources or polluting the land, on there own property. This brings up a new running joke. What do the Taliban and farmers have in common – they are both being droned.
Then a story out of Mineral Wells Texas, where the city has banned American Flags being on grave sites in a cemetery has an apoplectic people all over the nation. People who want to put a flag on a person grave can ONLY do so during a holiday like 4th of July and Memorial Day, only, that’s it. All other days are banned. This will not go over well with Texans I can tell you that. Being a native Texan this outraged me and others I have told this to.
